Went out with my 3 top wings on friday to Brighton, its about midnight and an absolute honey walks past me.... I open as normal..

Anyways long story cut short, we talk, we take a piccy togther, I get her number and then I kiss closed, using the old fav "so how good a kisser" are you... she's so drunk she says "how good looking am I.. oh about a 3" I reply "no how good a kisser are you ?"

she replies 6, I think fuck this, I lunge in and snog her...

To spare the details, but its a passionate snog, it ends and off she trots very embrassed to find her friends,blah blah

So the night ends off AT 2am and I leave the club, the chick is no where to been seen, so I txt her... I get a good reply back from here at 3am and by then Im tucked up in my bed..

I leave it on the saturday and ring her on the sunday at 4.30pm... ring ring ring ring ring... no answer "FLAKE!!!".... so its died a cold death...

So thats the story, now to the gushing shitty part... I got into pickup 3 months ago to ultimately get better with women and to find my dream chick.. Now this chick was a dream type girl for me and this flake... my first proper one has fucked me up a little bit, Is the first time in 3 months since starting out that I have felt "depressed".. maybe I should wipe the photo of the chick and me off my pc.. fuck knows...

If I was to rate the chick Id say she was a 8.5.. If I was to tick boxes... Cute, Yes, short and petite Yes, Well educated and quite posh, Yes, Blonde,Yes about 23, Yes...

However I think I need to face the stark relality is that I used pickup techniques to snog a very drunk girl, who probably would of snogged Gary Glitter had he been there, and basically she sobered up and thats life move on!!

So my question to you guys, is it normal to be a bit downbeat after your first sucess? and how did you motivate yourself to get back up and start again? From memory.. im trying to remember the term for it.... Oneitious ? or something...? But its really got me down, my buddy in work yesterday in work asked if I was ok as I appeared to be "down in the dumps"

There's literally nothing to be depressed about here. The more you meet girls and the more you get number closes, I think you'll find a good majority of those numbers would flake even when you're convinced they wouldn't. The girl flaking in your field report is normal.

Saying this, I think a lot of the time, flakey numbers come from how strong your interaction was with them in the first place. But obviously that's going to come with practice.

Mate, at least you kissed her "passionately". When you have been in the community long enough, you realise "flaking" is all part and parcel of it. Then you will read back this post, smile/laugh and say "WTF, was I thinking about?".

I reckon the flaking is to do with her state. Basically her last memory of you is kissing you passionately, and she will have had time to think of it and tried to rationalize it. Now when she is not in the same state that she was when you were kissing, and she recieves your phone call, she will be thinking, "Oh dear God, this guy is ringing me, and all he wants is to do is get into my pants".

Tebbs mate, i went out on Friday night, and pulled this smoking hot barmaid who worked at the pub we were at. When she finished her shift she was all over me like a rash, amazing kino, kissing, awesome conversation, it was fucking on.

I made some solid day2 plans for a couple days later. What happens bro? She FLAAAKKKKEES! But seriously dude, it really doesnt matter at all.
