Ok this field report is long overdue, I have been trying to find time for it over the past two week.

Freshers week came about, a good friend of mine is going to uni in leeds, since this is my first time out in leeds, I decide I am going to open sets and I am going to make sure I get atleast 1 K-close tonight.
We go to yates, but its shit in there and basically within a minute we have left without drinks or opening a set.

So we decide we are only going to two clubs/pubs varsity and oceana.

The 5 of us walk up to the top of town having a laugh and a joke towards varsity, its not too rammed in here but there is atleast 10 sets with hb8+.

I begin opening sets, getting my confidence up a little and having some brilliant banter along the way. After a good half hour of chatting to people, pissing and drinking, I see a hb9 chinese girl, I know my friends love chinese girls so I give them the perfect approach, they pussy out and don't. Fuck it, this one is mine.

So my friends sit and the table next to them, I decide this is a good time to approach, I walk up to the guys and girls (was like an 9 set) I say to them while ignoring the hb9, "guinichwa" (Yes I know this is japanese, it was part of a routine) Instantly the hb7 on the table, says no that japanese this how we say it.
I have a joke about it with her and turn to the hb9. We hit off instantly, start talking in partial english but having a fairly good conversation, after a few minutes of this, I decide that I want to go outside, I turn to the group and the hb7, "Hey, im going outside for a smoke, do you mind if I take your friend out with me?"

She agree's, I take the hb9 outside. She starts yapping on about random shit I couldn't care about or remember, then asks me for some of my cig.

Now this girl did not smoke in the slightest, not even social smoking. I took this as a major IOI, phase two of routine.

I say to her, "I'm trained in kung fu, if you try kiss me I will be forced to show you how it is really used." All this was said with a jokey face on, she found it hilarious. Then I told her some random stuff about how her face was symmetrical and that people with symmetrical faces, people tend to like a lot more than people with scars or spots on one side etc.

This hit off alot of energy between us. Within the next 30 seconds she was sticking her tongue down my throat.

After she mentions that she is staying at her friends because she's just visiting. I tell her that she should go get his keys and we can go back there for a while, her reply, which pissed me off was. "Me shy" (I'm not been racist, this is exactly how she said it.)

So I froze her out, which would have been a good move by me but I didn't let her re-appear in my frame of mind, and we headed off to oceana. Not much else happened in the night apart from getting blown out a few times and me been a dick to some girls which isn't usually like me because when I started talking to them one girl who was an absolute ugly slut turned around and said to me that I won't be able to pull her.

I told her that I didn't want to pull her because she looks like fiona off shrek and i'd rather eat my own bollocks after i'd shit them out.

This didn't go down well.


Overall an awesome night.



Oh yeah, and the reason it is taiwan-easy is because her friend told mine that she was taiwanese. though the girl I K-closed told me she was chinese. who cares, she was a 9 with the ass of a 10.

Sounds like you were hitting it off nicely with the Taiwanese girl, shame you let her being shy piss you off so much. There was no need to freeze her out like that thereafter, you could have got her number at least.

If she is genuinely shy then the "harsh" pua stuff tend to not work so well I've found. But you got to read each situation on it's own merit though.

I think sometimes you (we) are so into all the techniques/methods/games fed by the community that we have forgotten to use you (our) own common sense. The fact of the matter is she is genuinely shy (being a foreigner visiting a new city) and you (we) fail to take that into consideration and just take it a blow out. When I read that she is being shy (although you have k-close her), my initial thought in that situation would be to step up i.e. maybe more reassurance, building more comfort, push/pull, etc etc but the last thing on my mind is to freeze her out unless is a blatant "FUCK OFF, Im not interested"...!

If I am stuck especially on a date, I am glad that i have other experience PUAs in my phone I can text for advice too i.e. Jaz, Kowalski, MFI, Darood, Camarda, etc etc...! Last advice I got off Jaz was push/pull and it did the biz....

FYI, Taiwanese is Chinese living in Taiwan. Like saying "Im British and Im Chinese".
