Anybody who has been following my threads (Game Over/Austrian update etc) on this girl should appreciate this. It has taken me a record 2 months to go from k-close, through several LMR episodes, to finally F-close.

I went around to her house last night for dinner. I brought some little cakes with me as she likes that kind of thing. There was wine on the table but I am off the drink. I told her to drink away.

After dinner, we got comfy on the settee, while I sent my mum an e-card for her birthday.

Then we got stuck into each other but she would pull my hand away each time I put it between her legs. That was fine though. I just backed off to the stage just before her comfort level and she would start to escalate again.

Then she said, "Let's move the heater and your laptop into my bedroom and watch something from my bed." "Okay," I said mildly, nodding as though butter wouldn't melt. Then I got up and led her by the hand into her own room.

Once we got set up in there, she said, "It's cold; let's get under the covers." "Sure," I said. Then she said, "You put a movie on, I'm just going to take my jeans off now." I nodded innocently, trying not to break into a massive grin and proceeded to put on the most boring movie I could find.

I think you can all guess where this is going, there's no need to get graphic. Let's just say we never saw the film.

One thing I noticed though and this may be useful to others: I got the feeling that she was not very experienced and also quite shy. I came to the conclusion that acting TOO alpha around a girl who has insecurities or is not very experienced could in fact be the very thing that causes LMR. It stands to reason really.

It may be that she felt intimidated and was afraid of disappointing me. I noticed she was extremely clingy afterwards, all through the night. Due to the fact that she is fit, this was quite endearing.

Sometimes LMR could be down to female performance anxiety, especially if she feels that you have way more experience than her. Some women, even really hot ones (although probably not 9s and 10s) are also self conscious about their bodies. In these cases, a softer approach is going to yield faster results than a sexually aggressive one.

I have to say though, blanking her out and telling her not to contact me again, the last time she LMRed me worked fucking wonders and really had her chasing me. I have to give a special thanks to Phil for advising and supporting me on this decision.

Also thanks to Nova for confirming my own feelings, about not making her spell things out. His post tipped the balance in my mind and made me decide to fold and call her to go to that concert with her. This demonstrated to her that I don't just see her as a sex object, which I don't.

As you said, this could apply to sexually inexperienced women; though there was a reasonably sexually experienced chick I was with who (it emerged after I got to the bottom of it) had been cheated on by her recent ex-boyf (who happened to be alpha / full of heavy sex talk) and therefore was distrustful of other men displaying alpha behaviour...

I know a lot of guys who are far from the stereo-typical dominant aggressive alpha types who have extremely hot girlfriends, who are head over heels in love with them. In fact these guys are soft spoken, gentle, and patient and in most cases I doubt their girlfriends cheat on them. They do share characteristics in common though; they are very relaxed and comfortable in their own skin.

When I have done the cube with women, the most common personality trait that comes up for the horse (which represents their ideal man) is calm (another is strong)! In all the times that I have played this game, the word dominant or domineering has not come up ONCE!

In fact I have seen domineering loud mouthed men get fucked over many times by women. Women will sometimes run to a calmer less domineering male, when they are being starved for affection, treated badly, or not listened to.
