O.K so this is kinda two field reports in one as I want to contrast them to make a point.

Thursday - I went out with a uni friend who's just split up with his missus that he was mad about. He's very loud an in your face, but so AFC in many ways it's gut wrenching. He lost about three perfectly good sets for me by saying we have to leave, scaring off the friends of the girls I was making moves on(but not completely ruined). Still managed to show him a social night in comparison to what he usually does as I was just generally talking to lots of girls. He wasn't having getting into the dance floor and just stood near the sides trying to look cool, at one point there were two sets either side of me that I had spent a fair of time with earlier and kissed one them, but he had fucked up on and had to just leave them as to not abandon him.
Spent the last hour trying to help him get over rejection by explaining it's nothing and proving it by letting him pick out girls for me to get rejected by my game was pretty off at this point, I was fairly drunk and approaching girls just too prove the point. He kinda got into it and started opening with terrible lines a few times and did slightly better with some of the girls who were friends with my approaches. Overall night not overly fun, terrible wing (would be better of solo, but he's friend) shit loads of approaches inside that didnt go very well, some good game in the smoking area that went a lot better.

Saturday Night -Went to Manchester (Mojo's) to see my brother and his flatmate (both non PUA but fairly solidly naturally in field) danced on tables had shit loads of fun, got shit loads attention from girls all over, didn't really need to make any effort and it all seemed pretty seamless. Consciously opened twice all night and spoke to lots of girls, first one was having a cigerette and told a her she looked like Dorothy from Wizard of Oz (was even dressed similar), she was pretty cool, gave me history lesson on how the IRA was formed and her and her sister spent the night having fun with us (didn't close as she said she had bf) but the value of having them hang out with us was huge. Second girl was the hottest girl of easily the hottest set in there(about 5 of them in total)they had been dancing near us all night, opened her pretty naturally and ended up kissing for a while. Best thing about the night was my older brother being shocked at and telling me how confident I have become, meant a lot as he knows me better than anyone and had never seen this side of me (his confidence and judgement used to drain my state loads when we went out together). Summary - needed to make no conscious effort, had lots of fun, got with a stunner and realised how much I've changed recently.

Side note: last night was far from a happy ending, after kissing the girl I mentioned I turned around to look for my brother and couldn't see him so went searching, he basically fucked of home drunk without telling me and left me stranded in the city with his phone switched off and me not knowing his address. Had to kill 6 hours alone until the first train back to Nottingham left at 9am, re buy another train ticket I already had and leave loads of my stuff (including ipod, trainers, bag ect) at his in Manchester. Still absolutely livid at him for that, not spoken to him yet.

Man, you should have grabbed a few numbers from the Manchester boys. We were out Sat night too in Troff, 5minutes away from Moho. There's always a next time..! Good FR!

Ye wasn't cool, I spoke to him and he felt so guilty that had happened and presumed I had hooked up as he waited for a while after and tried ringing me, apparently he had told me when I was talking to her that he was going to get some food, but I guess I was so in the zone that I didn't even register him. Will be in Manchester again at some point, would cool to meet some guys from here next time
