Hit the streets of central London today. As some of you know, my 1st daygame attempt was pretty much a non-event.

(1st day game attempt....absolute stinker)

Really should have been switched on from the start as I travelled into London. I wasn't, reached Charing Cross, headed to Trafalgar Square and there was a play about Jesus about to start.

This somewhat threw me off balance, leading to Approaches 1 and 2 being major blowouts (i.e. didn't even acknowledge my presence).

On the plus side, it was 2 more than I managed the 1st time around.

Stop for 5 minutes to try and pull myself together, finish my Red Bull, remove sunglasses and set off again.

Approach 3 - pass a HB7 outside McDonalds in Leicester Square. Walked past her, didn't do anything, got about 30 metres on, thought 'fuck this' and jogged back towards her. Stopped in front of her and said that she was gorgeous. She gets embarrassed, beams a smile and says 'thanks', then walks on. Much better!

Get to Leicester Square cinema and wait for my wing. My head is all over the place so I put on some motivational music, take deep breaths and zone out.

My wing arrives (James M) and we head off to Covent Garden.

Things improved from then on, it's always a good day when you lose track of the number of approaches made. The highlights:

1) Number-closing a Chinese HB7 in Covent Garden, however this may be a flake;
2) Getting involved in a 3 set outside a pub we stopped at - a HB7, her dad (!) and a family friend (also HB7). We were there for at least half an hour, with some good banter.
3) Opening an Italian HB7 on the tube which wasn't empty - brief but decent chat. Need to try that more often!

WHAT I LEARNED

1) Push the interactions further - I had several 'is this actually me doing this' moments which messed me up. With more practice I think it will become more natural;

2) There is no right time to approach - ALWAYS approach. This video was another little inspiration today:

Good work!! You got to remember if you ever do a bad approach, you got to think "I am awesome, but my approach sucked, how can I do better?" So if they aren;t going the way you want them too analyse what what you did well, what you didn;t do. There are always little things you can correct which will help enormously!

That Chinese girl may not flake, you might have made her day by approaching her but remember most Asian girls can be a little shy and introverted. When I get a number I usually text them an hour or so later on with something funny, leaviong little clues as to who I am.

You're right about pushing the interactions further. If you have gone direct, she smiles, gets embarrassed but she is still standing there, keep talking beacuse she likes you!

I often approach some girls and they blank me but usually it could be something I have done wrong with my non verbals, my voice tonality or I creeped them out, we all do this at some point and other times end up having great interactions with girls who are more fun. If you can get all these little things sorted you won't have as many blank looks, although some girls are from other countries and sometimes they think you're trying to sell something or asking for money, but I usually laugh this off.

Out of interest what angle were you approaching them from? As i think this could have been the problem with one and two. Just thinking out loud anyway.

I approached them head-on, but with no real conviction which is probably why they blanked me.

Dude, I need try out some day game - I think it will help improve enormously so many aspects of my night game. Need to get my mind off a chick too, so I'll be killin two birds (not literally of course - not that kinda game).

I'm more into my Day game than night game (getting too bloody old for that) and have had some nice chats with people but no numbers as yet !

Mind you I'm not putting in as much effort as you are my friend.....so my hats off to you.....I need a kick up the arse!!!

Like dear old Craigus I need to get a HB8 (and half my age) out of my mind as I'm starting to spend far to much time looking at my mobile phone 'waiting for that bitch to text back' !!!! So I'd be up some day game with you lads.
