What are you trying to say here?

What you have written (low carb diet) is exactly what Poliquinn promotes - as well as building muscle to help reduce extra fat storage.

Much 'advice' from American forums (unless specifically natural) can be misguiding, for example, since prohormones are legal everyday supplements over there, but here they are banned.

I was in the same situation- I was told what to eat/how to train by a Mr.England, but he neglected to tell me what drugs he took, of course.
Certain steroids make it a whole different ball game when it comes to dieting/training

this thread is making me hate the role around my stomach. does my fucking nut in.

not strong enough to eat clean 24/7 to get rid of it.

Understand where you're coming from. People like that Mr England guy annoy me - why do they leave things out?

What's your current training regime? and do you take any suppliments/steriods?

Why leave it out? Because I'd probably said I didnt plan to take anything, and it's illegal.
Buddy, that guys website, who trained me taught me most of what I know

I wont get into training regime, as I've come to the conclusion it's more about training hard, and eating well.
Whether you do 8 sets of 8 reps, or 6 sets of 6 reps is not so important

Supplements, used to take a lot of different ones, but most are just products to be sold to you.....
Liver Tablets I think are good
and Maca I've definately noticed a difference with, raises your testosterone!
