Hi guys.

I'm new to this whole PUA thing and this is my first ever post.

I became single for the first time in my life last November since then have discovered that I have real problems in meeting / attracting girls, especially ones of the same quality as my ex girlfriends.

Since then I have read a number of books; Double your Dating, The Game, Natural Art of Seduction. My problem is that I never put it into practice. I am often tempted to approach a girl with the jealous girlfriend opener but now have this worry that they have heard it all before. So I just don't bother.

I have booked myself on the PUA training boot camp next month in London as I feel that I need somebody to physically tell me to do it. Not sure if that was such a good idea though after reading posts in this forum.

Any thoughts, suggestions, pointers in the right direction etc?

Thoughts: Start at least 'trying'. You can read material til you're blue in the face but it's your reality/behaviour around girls that has to change, not just your knowledge.

Direction: Like your name suggests, check The Blueprint Decoded or Natural Tim. Both RSD and deal with tackling the root of your problems.

Remember, it's not what line you use, it's how you use them. Behaviour is critical.

I recently became single and the best thing i did was i re read through all my old material went out and started using it on girls that i didn't want to pick up. Id use my material on 5's and 6's just to get used to taking to new girls again and having a social interaction without the purpose of picking them up. Its a good confidence builder. it helps you to understand your things like body image and your body language towards females and helps u loosen up.

Try and concentrate on little stuff first like eye contact and posture. Openers and lines are good to start off with but at some point you will have to go back to being your REAL self.

The most important thing for me has been the way i talk to myself, if you know what i mean. Re-framing things so that they are positive is big, OPTIMISM.

As ongoing issue, I'm amused by some of the usernames of the newbies.

It's all a bit of fun anyway, but also you should try and understand yourself and be real to you. Not hi-jack someone else's PUA name who is a real dude! Try and develop your own style.
