Hey forum,

My names Jay and I'm 30 years old. I live in Nottinghamshire, Uk and I make my living by being a fitness and diet coach.

In terms of PUA experience. I'm listened to a bit of David Deangelo and some other experts. I learnt alot from it too. I've gone out to practice it a few times, to limited success.

In short I want to really get my insecurities I have in this area and about women handled and I'm hoping that this forum will help me do just that.
