Hello all,

Approximately 48 days ago I decided to leave the forum, having found a GF that I thought would lead to long-lasting happiness. How wrong I was.

So, much like the guy who abandons his friends upon finding a missus, I return to the forum having been greatly humbled.

Back to square one, but ready for new adventures - London, Bristol, Manchester, wherever!

I started dating this girl back in September and things were great initially. On paper she had all the right attributes I thought I was looking for, and nearly all my friends are in relationships so it felt right.

The feeling faded away very quickly...I only found out about PUA a month before I started dating her. I feel a lot of pressure from family to settle down, but still feel I have a lot to do before I reach that stage.

I got a lot of good advice from this forum, there are some good people on here, so feel kinda stupid for leaving it so abruptly. Have learnt a lot of lessons from the whole experience
