Just piping in... im realising more and more its not actually what you do its who you are.

In the past i would do somthing needy because i was needy and insecure
-then i stopped doing those things because i learned what it was and what the effect was.

NOW i will do those needy things i used to do somtimes but it has a compeltely different effect on the girl it used to have and that is because even though i am doing that needy thing - I know im not needy (and project that energy) and therfore the girl knows im not needy-- i am just as likely to turn round and tell her to fuck off if the shoe fits
