I'm looking to get cut out the fuckton of money I spend on bills living by myself at the moment and I'm activley searching for a house/flat sharing at the moment.
I've never done this before, i've either lived with family or girl friends and finaces. Any advice on getting a place? or things I need to consider? Roody

How long term will it be i.e. what is your out? No matter what you think of people, it may well all change when you live together. Serious, (ask me about it). Apart from that, clear ground rules from the start. Anything that probably won't be a problem - WILL be a problem - take it as guaranteed.

I've been quite lucky and lived with people i've known before but even then they do your tits in after a while so be prepared to confront problems early on, be pretty chilled out and be respectful of others and all that jazz
