Yo,

I need some bit of software that will tell me what the fuck I'm supposed to be doing from one minute to the next, because I haven't got a fucking clue. This shit has got out of hand now. I live like the Memento guy.

Something that can handle year long business projects and new shoelaces, Dr's appointments and music recommendations.

I don't know enough about this shit to get any decent leads of google searches. There's a lot of web-based stuff, I can't use that because of the business element. The catalogued software my work have is shit.

Anyone use, or know of, something like this, or even any good descriptive terms that might make fruitful google searches?

Yeah, I spent a bit of time playing with MS Project and it didn't give me what I need. Too complex by far for my needs. Loads of boring screens, set tons of parameters and it doesn't add anything you do all the work. I can get more out of using Excel, or a bit of paper.

I have my Iphone linked into my work email, use it for calendar/contacts and assigning myself tasks
figured i could get all complicated with other things then actually broke it down and realised i could keep it simple using Calendar, tasks etc in Outlook
Mine even tells me when to go to bed every night and how many pumps i should give a girl before i shoot

Simple things work
Complicated things cause more work and you therfore cannot be arsed
