Default energy drinks are shite - 01-03-2011, 08:09 AM

There was a time when i could wake in a morning neck a few pro plus, or drink redbull lucozade, boost relentless coffee etc and a feel a motivated hyper motherfucker. I miss those times nowadays i have a massive tolerance to caffeine, this shit does fuck all for me.

Just wondering if there is anything any of you could recommend, i know you can buy taurine ginseng etc but im skeptical about supplements etc.

Is there anything out there that is any good for somebody with a such a huge tolerance to stimulants like i have?

i would suggest staying away from it for a while, "it" being any caffiene related drink. what this will do is decrease your tolerance level. Do this for about a month and you should see the same amount that previousely had little or no effect on you, will now have more of an effect...

...well, worked for me, i just thought i'd share my thoughts with you.

Caffeine has withdrawal effects comparable to morphine and is as harmful as cocaine. My advice is, once you've come off it over the course of a month or so, keep it to a minimum. Like, no more than 2 cups of medium strength coffee a day.
