has anyone done this?

i would like whiter teeth, and would like to know the best/most cost efficient way of attaining whiter teeth!

I was told by a dentist. this guy is PALL MALL dentist in liverpool, privat clinic.

3 months previous was told i needed some fair work doin to my teeth by an nhs dentist

this guy checks... No mate ur teeth r perfect, he was tryin it on, the nly problem u do have i would have to do more damage to fix it.

i then asked about teeth whitenin... the folloing wer his words

Look mate, im not gonna bolocks u, the laser treatment is shit, i charge £650 and its shit, yet i deal with rich people all day long that insist they want white teeth today, and it works, untill 3 months down the line they go back yellow

u need gumshield & bleach, not 24% like most places do, wether i do them, or someone else does, get 16% its safe.

there are little tupes runnin throo ur teeth that get yellow, the bleach cleans inside the tooth over time, the laser is shit & gives u the illusion.

both together are good for fast results but in the end bleach is a winner, half the price twice the time

dont let beauty salons do ur teeth they are not qualified & had scalded gums caused disease ... it should be illegal.

groupon had a registered dentist that day at a 5th of the price next door to my work,... like fate

so i got 16% bleach and a gum sheild.

also colgate strips are meant to be the best NON MEDICAL stain remover.

I see the dentist six monthly, but the hygenist quarterly for a proper clean...good enough for me.

so i have to buy 16% bleach, and a gum shield... and do i put the bleach in the gum shield and leave it in overnight or somethin?

He's saying you should go drink some bleach. The gum shield is to make it sound plausible.

no go to a dentist & have a mould done. ask him to supply 16% bleach

use it for an hour or 2 a day

if 350 (av price) is too much,

try getting colgate whitening strips

about 20quid a pack i heard they r really good for low budget
