Any good IT courses? -

So I'm pretty good with computers, but for CASH issues I chose to go down the route of an apprenticeship rather than study IT in college.
I've learned HTML, CSS, some javascript and jquery, and PHP off my own back. I know a little MYSQL as well. I also dabbled in C++ but struggled on the low level stuff.
I've studied alot on wireless network hacking (for my own personal reasons), I hacked my girlfriends WEP key, and have used this knowledge in securing my own home network.
But the only formal qualification I have in IT is a GNVQ (worth 4 GCSEs) at MERIT level in ICT.
I would like to study some computer courses, such as networking and network management, database creation and management, maybe software developing and programming, and possibly web design to improve my knowledge and gain some formal qualifications.
Reason I want this is so I can improve my career shifting opportunities.
Can anyone recommend anything? bare in mind my budget isn't huge at the moment. I'm aware of Open Uni but I'm not sure how useful they would be. Ideally I want something that could possible give me entry to an IT job one day.
