Last night was the inaugural Improv Games Night. My improv classes ended a few weeks ago and don't re-start till October. I really miss them already and don't want to lose any of what I've learned through lack of practice. So I decided to organise fun games sessions. Little or no teaching. Just diving in to a bit of free expression.
It was pretty awesome. A few of the site members came down, plus some people with improv experience and a couple of my workmates. Stacks of laughter, gets your mind, mouth and body firing. It really helps with SA / PU because you learn to trust yourself, how to vibe well (listen and respond whilst keeping it fun), it encourages you to act things out in mime and be more emotionally expressive (thus improving your story telling) and much much more. I was in such a great mood after that I grabbed the number of the hottest girl, riding a shopper, on the way home

I love cute girls on old-school bicycles (I wonder if there's a specialist porn site for that).
It's a non-profit venture. There is a charge of about £2 - £4 depending on attendance to cover the cost of the room.
We have a totally badass rehearsal room in Ancoats booked for the rest of the summer. Every Thursday @ 7:30 for a couple of hours. It has 2 stages and a load of extra space, seats etc.
If any of you guys want to come along, send me a PM.
Church!
Peace,
