I found this guy in a tattoo mag.I think hes got a good message as well as challenging preconceptions about people. Im tempted to try his 7 day challenge (dont make a negative comment or call another person anything but their own name for 7 days and 7 nights) as it seems like it could be a positive experience.
Anyways if u get a mo check him out tell me what you think

Nice zen blog,ill give it a propper read when i get a mo (just skimmed it).
I have already failed after only 3 hours,i started slagging someone at work behind their back:S
Its a lot harder than i thought it would be.
So im gona start properly 2mora with a clean slate and im on my 7days and seven nights with no slagging anyone off
