Didnt really know where to stick this thread so banged it in off topic.
As always this time of year i get to thinking about where i want to go with the coming year,i dont wanna call em resolutions cos ive completed very few resolutions,more like targets for the year id say.
Mine are
To continue to develop my game obviously
get in shape
get moved away from this god awful backwater town i live in
get out face fears and enjoy my life to the fullest

not a massive list but i think each would be a massive achievement to complete
so what are other peoples hopes/dreams/targets for 2012??

For 2012:

Stay alive after 21st December
Get absolutely fucking RIPPED body
Save up as much money as possible
Get some form of promotion / new job / big pay rise
Increase college grades to get a First instead of 2:1 (first three assignments have been in 2:1 grade band)
Order myself a birthday threesome with two expensive blondes

These are for Q1:

1. Grow improv to become a place for turning ideas into art
2. Debut planned hip hop night
3. Publish 1st episode of 'Hair Brained Schema' podcast
4. Finish getting rid of all superfluous possessions
5. Renew passport

2. Saving £10000 by the dec 2012
3. Bsc(Hons.) - Finish all three stages of Bsc by end of next year.
4. IELTS by Dec.
5. socialise more - Go out at least *twice a week
6. Approach 1000 women in next year and make note of it.
7. Take part in bodybuilding competition by nov

To be a complete contradiction, have no goals essentially just doing my best with what presents itself and enjoying the experience.

There are 2 ways im either going to go in 2012

1) Get married, settle down and have a family
or
2) Whore loads and get my numbers over 500!

But then having goals and achieving them gives you a sense of gratification and something to look forward to.

In my opinion marraige is the most expensive form of prostitution.

Here's a thought...make your targets MEASURABLE.

Not get 'in shape' but say 'gain 15lbs of lean muscle'?
Not some vague general 'continue to develop my game' but for example something specific like 'approach atleast 5 women everyday no matter what I'm doing that day'.

~Etc. If you give yourself specific targets you are more likely to be able to keep track of if you are doing them...
