I've had one Lucid Dream where I had to fill in a form so I could have sex with a hot black girl. I knew I was dreaming so I rushed through the form, went down on her and then woke up.

I love dreaming. Glass of milk before bed and I always have some trippy dream. I only remember bits of my dreams never the whole lot.

We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives.

I'm not too sure that i would want to have a go at this. I'm more a fan of reality than, err, non reality.
I had one LD nightmare too(on my first conciously conducted LD). It has switched on just in the middle of my LD. It was something so scary that I didn't wanted to have LD again. But it wasn't anything at all. It was just black space everywhere. It was like fear itself

But after that I had couple of LDs and I could do ANYTHING

After leaving my games addiction(15-19) I'm also fan of reality. Because doing things in a dreams is just an illusion of real life.

Just write down every morning your dreams and you'll be suprised how well you'll remember all the details!

I had one after smoking a ton of weed and the last thing id talked to anyone about was my friends lucid dream, which he tried jumping around abit.
I realised I was awake then tried jumping over a house and it worked! It was properly mental it felt like being on a rollercoaster. Then I tried to go to my bedroom but ended up in my bedroom when I was a kid then I think I tried to bang some hot girl and got tired in a dream so woke up so I could go to sleep!

I learnt it as a kid; I used to have nightmares and so I eventually learnt to tell if I was dreaming. But nowerdays I like my dreams so I try and ignore the fact it isn't real. Often if I wake up during a dream I try to get it to resume.

The other night I had a saga of dreams which including me being captain of a team of lions(and some wolves that were supposed to throw nets) in a end-of-school game of American Football, witnessing various unexplained disasters in France as well as escaping a massive brawl with my mate Joe who avoided police questioning by pretending to be opening a Spar when the police lady asked us about the fight.

Maybe I should stay off the cheese?

I have had loads of lucid dreams. The two things that worked for me are:

1) Write down your dreams as soon as you wake every day. Over time you will notice that they become clearer and you will remember more and more.

2) Practising the Middle Pillar Technique & Circulation of Light exercises ( see The Middle Pillar Exercise ) . Was doing this twice a day and saw some great results. It is also really good for energising yourself before a night out.

Good luck

My first time I had something like this happen. I was dreaming, I was in the house I grew up. I could sense an evil force on its way to get me. After being terrified and escaping across the streets and through gardens knowing I was being chased by this evil unseeable thing. I stoppend and this sudden realisation "I know since I'm dreaming I can just wake up"

After that sense of relief I remember opening my eyes and waking up in bed.

Probably not quite the same thing, but I recently got back from Africa, where I've been taking the anti-malaria tablets Doxycyclone.

Talk about fucked up fucking dreams...!

The other night, I dreamt I was with my ex ex girlfriend Emma. We were sat in a sort of 1950s cafe. I haven't seen or heard from Emma for about 5 years. At the start of the dream, I thought to myself quite consciously, 'Shit, there's Emma. Ahh, this must be a dream. Oh well, I haven't been asleep long, I've got a few hours with her yet...' and we had a nice chat about life.

I tried to kiss her, but she wasn't too keen on that.

I still felt shit when I woke up.

Just get on with it please
