Default Just saw this vid on another forum! Such a beautiful film! - 29-01-2011, 11:25 PM

I saw this on another forum. It actually moved me to tears. How many times, I don't know, probably not many of us, have seen a gril in the past we anted to strike up a conversation with but just didn;t know what to say. We allowed her to walk out of our life without taking a risk, then we keep going on our day, nothing changes.

But the great thing about the community is, we don't have to live like that anymore. We can approach that beautiful girl, we don't have to feel scared or be alone!

First half nearly made me cry bcause my life is literally almost that shit. Second half is pure bullshit. The only consolation is he's still a chode at the end.

The cinematography of that is excellent.

I wasn't sure if it was gonna go Monty Python / Naked Gun style at the end -- while they are dither dallying on the middle of the road, one of them gets run down by a lorry.

Nice little flick

Dammit, I really need to get back into making films!

Here's one of the short films I made a few years ago: The Bench

It's not bad for one of my first efforts, was written produced and edited in the space of about 3 days, and made with literally no money at all. Which is probably why the sound is so shite, but what can you do... I happen to think the cinematography and acting is pretty damn good!

BTW, the close-up of the handshake really makes me cringe, but it was all we could do to make two different takes work together...

Much love,

Craigus

Lovely bit of film. Nice find. I think it's safe to say most of us have felt that way. The nothingness, the excitement of finding something, the loss, the "I should have done it sooner" feeling and the joy of finding it's not too late.

Very cleverly filmed and a lovely soundtrack.

Took the girl to do all the hard work and open him! I was screaming "Man the fuck up and smash it open!"

Some guys suffer from chronic Shyness, telling someone to 'man up' only puts more pressure on someone. It comes over time with perserverence and pushing oneself through their comfort barriers!

What he says.

I used to root for this "shy guy" but now this behaviour just irritates me

Could be a good film for putting chicks in an Emotional state though.

"Wow you like romance, you should totally come back to mine for ten minutes and see this short film"

and at 12 minutes it's not going to take all evening to get into her kex
