Ok, I have a copy of this for the FS section.

At the moment tho, the cowboys who supply are bandwidth on are files are down. So once its running again I will post.

Its been a while since I last watched it but one of the many points that stuck with me was this simple formula:

Right Action + Non-resistance = State

For anyone who hasn't got, or cant afford the blueprint. I recommend any of Tolles work or books on Zen philosophy, I know tyler was influenced A great deal by both areas whilst writing the original blueprint.

The first thing I noticed is that I'm feeling less hate towards the herd.

I got a bit of that too. I often trip down the supermarket in the early afternoon dressed like shit, hair sticking out at all angles, eyes droopy and bloodshot, feet dragging. Sometimes this makes me feel none too cool. After the Blueprint I am back to feeling pretty awesome about my disheveled self, as I used to when I was younger.

I like to sip beer in the sun. I always had thought I was a total badass whatever. Recently I've scurried around a bit when I'm up to such things, occassionally hiding the fact. Fact is I think sipping beer on sunny streets is awesome, peoples opposing opinions can lick my ball sack.

I agree with Tyler that frame and state are hugely important.

Shit! I'll write more later, got a girl waiting in reception to pick me up from work.

Peace,

This stuff is awesome not just from an attracting girls perspective but just for self improvement and I found it pretty interesting anyway.

I found the stuff about understanding your emotions and not being controlled by them and then taking positive action really interesting. I think this will help when I'm not feeling on top form, also coupled with the stuff about looking rough you have a pretty powerful combination of dealing with things when you don't look or feel great.

Just started listening to the audio whilst in the gym.

At first I was a bit wary due to reading "The Game" and feeling a bit of animosity towards Tyler D.
But after the first couple of hours I am impressed somewhat

Mystery and Tyler fell out. Style's business and personal interest was so tied to Mystery that he created Tyler's character as the baddie in the 2nd half of The Game.

It's bias, and it's only a fictional story. Books need a character to relate to (Style), a hero (Mystery) and a villain (Tyler).

Been reading the notes for this and it is some inspiring shit! Just as with a lot of people i should imagine, this stuff really appeals to me on quite a deep level.

It's only technique in its conjunction with meaningfulness that you get a work of art

Foundations is a little dated now. Transformations however is just pimpin, all the rsd instructors have a section on it, so you get allot of different perspectives.
