Default Being Grumpy! - 22-09-2011, 09:00 PM

This past week I have been coming increasingly more grumpy and negative. I am aware of this and try to change it but for some reason my mood seems to be in decline.

I am usually upbeat and chipper, positive and helpful, but I just seem to be finding any old excuse to tell people to "fuck off" and be alone, at work and with friends, girls etc.
I don't know whether:
I'm too tired - i feel slightly tired but i've been worse
I'm overworked - I have been spending more time on screens and extending hours
I'm having a mood swing - I've had downturns before
incorrect diet - it mainly consists of meat vegetables and fruit, no bread, sweets or fizzy drinks

I guess I'm asking, does anybody else have phases like this? Is there anything obvious that I'm doing wrong? and what's the best way to come around again?

could be the start of SAD?

winter is setting in now. no sun is not and makes humans unhappy.

vitamin d supplementation is something that has changed my life

a good test would be to go on the sunbed 3x this week and see how you feel

I had the same problem in past, i narrowed it down to 3 factors
1. Not enough sleep.
2. Not enough carbs in diet.
3. I was on test boosters.

PS : I normally feel quiet good when im drunk.

General consensus so far:

- Vitamin D Supplements
- Getting some sunbed
- Have come more sleep
- Get drunk

Phil, is there anyway to naturally control testosterone levels when training harder?

if your serious about the gym tho... u want to boost test not reduce... ur a man!!

REVIL IN A MANS JUICES!lol

plus more test makes u more attractive & verile... and being a cunt is what women luv!!! try it for a while. see how it suits u.

u can then adapt it to ur nice to get a nice balance
