Welles is the man. That video is awesome.

The difference for us is the abundance of new audiences and a lack of reviewers. Meaning no single event is that important and we don't necessarily have to work the audience. So we can just be.

I was particularly intrigued when he was talking about Carson and said that what he was doing was creating an incredibly skilfull balance between genius and relatibility and yet was doing this authentically. I'd love to hear more on this. This is a question I'm thinking a lot about.
