Facebooking and similar sites, are they beneficial to your game or can they potentially sabotage it?

Spose it can be used for jealousy tactics, comedy value and the chat function is pretty handy; BUT lately ive been noticing ways that guys (me included) can make huge mistakes:

Giving a girl too much attention
Stupid (just plain STUPID!) profile pics
Updating their status every half hour!
Pictures of you pissed up (by you or other people)
People posting stuff on your wall you dont want

........And just general drama

Is it really worth it??

It's really not worth thinking about generally. F*ck Facebook off as a tool for gaming all together. It can be used as a veneer to feed the ego sure, i.e. DHV.

The amount of bullsh*t I read on people's updates. People announcing they are in a relationship, then days later single, then they are giving up smoking, the next time you see them they haven't... the list goes on. Not only this but people untagging embarassing photos because they are scared of what people might think of them and the people they associate with.

So, back to the point. If you want a girl to feel the true excitment of getting to know you (the real you). Do it face to face. Oh and f*ck the text conversations off too!

Cheers Nova, it does get annoying when you see all the BS updates where people are obviously using it as attention seeking. I have used it sucessfully to flirt in the past, but now im starting to get p*ssed off with it so considering jacking it in or at least using it less frequent. I reckon its got the potential to be a useful tool but nothing beats getting out there meeting face to face.
