The group classes are a good place to get chatting to people. At my gym you notice the little communities forming of people who always do the same classes. You look less weird talking to people in group settings such as these. Although if you are doing the classes purely to pick up women then there is no guarantee that hotties will be doing them. My advice would be do the classes as part of your work out regime (I do spin class for my cardio now and again), if some hotties show up its a bonus.

I've never seen a succesfull pick up in my gym, although I'm sure some of the girls do just go there for an ego boost. Wearing the tightest clothes they can find and only using the cardio equipment next to the weights area.

I personally wouldn't try it in a gym for the simple reason that I'm a sweaty mess, can't see that appealing to them really.

Funny you should say that I had a winging scapula too
along with a damaged rotator cuff, supraspinatus -- screwed my shoulder training up for a year
It all came from heavy benching.

Hows did you know you had a problem?
