I was hoping to find a picture of a philosophising incredible Hulk as a response to this but no such luck unfortunately.

One liners are not about the words, it's about the delivery.

You could wander over to a girl and say "hey, you remind of my ex... before I stabbed her" in a way that will get you arrested, or in a way that's cocky/funny.

That said, I like "Hey, question... you look like you'd be good in a fight. Am I right?"..... and wait.
No matter what she says, you can follow it up with something.
