Hmmm, that was interesting. So someone perceives higher value in another, or unrequited attraction in themselves, and protects their ego by attacking the other. The other takes it literally, thereby blowing out what could so easily go the other way if they were aware of what might actually be driving it. I'll say it again: hmmm.
