Have you sat down, and really worked out what you want in life? By which I mean to have honest personal goals for where you're trying to get to, what you want, why you want it, how you're going to get there...etc. Maybe it's a girlfriend, maybe it's multiple casual partners, maybe it's to be able to feel and behave a certain way, maybe it's to live a certain lifestyle and so on. Whatever it is, being explicit and having conviction in what you want, literally write it down, should communicate with your subconscious.
