when im out in the streets i feel like 'no this isnt gonna work out', but i stay out there anyway alot of the time when i say to mself right i must approach i cant do it, but if i go in the spare of the moment i can. its like when im infeild im like i dont think this can happen etc but just as ill go home something small like eye contact on the bus or a smile etc might happen that makes me think shit i should carry on i dont know where this could take me.
all my life ive wondered what if i was confident enough to approach anyone, anywhere any time. Im trying to acheive that goal

Yes, although don't make getting good at day game your goal. Day Game is fun and you can get dates from it, but it is also a bit of a weird activity! You really want to use it so you can get to the point where you realise talking to strangers (hot women included!) is no big deal and you can just do it in your everyday life rather than specifically go out in the day time to pull.

i'm yet to see anyone change from a mear morcel to anything substantial using game principles. LOL.

Try this dude. Just learn to get a reaction before anything. It's not about what you say or what they say. All you want is a reaction. A signifier that they realize you are alive. Try a functional opener. It's really the weakest of openers and an example would be to say "Have you got the time". It's literally something where you ask a question and will get an answer. "Where is the train station" "Do you know where is good to eat". Baby steps, you can do it!

I agree with EGOBOY that if you're really nervous about approaching to try a functional opener e.g. ask for the time, or better a situational opener, maybe comment on the weather. Whatever comes natural and seems most approapriate. The 3 second rule is there because the more you think, the harder it will be to appraoch.

However i disagree with EGOBOY's point about being 'reaction' focused. Because when you develop, to having a natural conversational after your approach, if you're focused on getting a reaction from her e.g. making her laugh, it can come across as needy or even creepy(depending on the situation and what you say).
It's rather like being outcome oriented, and being focused on a reaction can lead to this. When you're so focused on closing, wether it's just a k-close or whatever, a women can sense it, and in the end; it ends up ruining your game.

This is just my personal opinion, feel free if anyone wants to comment on it.
