Default OCD of opening sets. - 26-09-2011, 04:02 PM

I have this issue which was bugging me lately. If i don't open sets i feel guilty. I feel uncomfortable if there is a girl nearby until i open her with any kind of foolishness, routine or whatever. Has anyone has same kind of issue?

All you need is ignorance and confidence and the success is sure.

This is a refreshing change to approach anxiety!

I had approach anxiety and to get rid of it i start opening everything with pulse, positive side effect of that is you start getting numbers, dates and fclose. Now it is turning in to an addiction.

Overall do you feel good?Is it fucking up other important aspects of your life? like work, relationships with friends and family??? If not i carn't see this being anything but a positive.

Why do you think you feel guilty when not opening a set? Could it be fear of reverting back to you old self?? Feeling that old emotional torment of disappointment in yourself for not being the person you want to be?

Yea i do feel good, but it is not a good way of feeling good. My state is dependent on external factors. I don't feel good in the places where there are not enough women and until i open them.

Its not good if your state is too much dependent on external factors. I can emphasize with you as i felt similar a while ago. I carnt however think of any solid advice that i can give to help you though.... i kind of just became at peace with myself overtime.... slowly being less concerned with pick-up and slowly i stopped thinking about what to say next or stuff like that. The key is acceptance, you do not need the approval of others to truly accept yourself.

Concentrate on you HEALTH, WEALTH and RELATIONSHIPS... if your lacking in one of those areas then fix it!

Let me know how you feel in 2 months. Im 100% certain this feeling will pass you by.
