Im a big believer of natural game, in my opinion that should be ultimate aim for a PUA(i know some people don't like to call them PUA here and don't want to take game seriously). But at the same time being natural is not simple. You can't just become natural overnight. It need time, patience and practice. In able to become natural you need high level of confidence and integrity. This is a funny paradox, you won't get any confidence unless you are successful with woman and you won't get successful unless you have confidence.

Now the question is how to break this paradox? Think like it this way, you are kid again learning how to ride a bike. You are struggling cause you don't have confidence that you will be able to balance the bike. Now what you need at this point is support wheels which will help you to balance the bike. The more time you spent on the bike the more comfortable you will get with bike and one day just like that you start riding without any support or aid.
For this exact reason we have canned material and canned game. Not all of us are born with high level of confidence nor have a luxury of living in a town where women are in abundance. We need this canned game to start off with, to build confidence, to get comfortable around woman,to get feedback and to get socially calibrated. Its a good idea to use canned material and one day before you realise you will be saying things that are not canned cause you have developed this confidence over the time and you are not intimidated by hot woman or anything anymore.
