As for location I'm at the Slug. Fridays after 9pm.

My students do not have much AA, so why do I need to open sets for them? When I started teaching, I opened sets for students but now I am good enough as a leader to verbally instruct a student to approach, and it is followed. I do not need my students to watch me in set all the time to boost my ego. My students prefer to do things for themselves.
