Default Lost All Confidence - 31-10-2011, 05:21 PM

When I read up the new posts on the forum, you guys seem to ave game sorted, well alot of you guys anyway. I need your help, and I am asking you guys cause you seem to have this under wraps

How do you go about sorting out your inner game? I need to reach that point where I am mentally happy with myself. I need to stop being so insecure and depressive all the time to being happy enough to approach people regardless what gender. I cant even talk to people without finding fault in myself.

I need your help guys please give me some advice pua's

peace guys thanks in advance

hey chief

Like lovefish says, not everybody has it down, some are all the way, some are part of the way. It will always seem biased as many people share the successful stories/advice as it is tried and tested.

I will however tell you what helped me get my inner game set.

I watched people and social interactions, especially with the kind of girl I wanted to be with. I could see they were with men who weren't as attractive as me or didn't treat them as well as me.

At this point I watched the first few hours RSD Blueprint Decoded and i could see the social dynamics discussed in action.

I started asserting my opinions and beliefs by being an open communicator and telling people what I wanted, what I thought about about subjects and people. This included girls, friends, family and colleagues. It's amazing how being honest and assertive in a polite yet assertive fashion can change your interactions with other people.

As for being happy try Zen Habits. But happiness is a choice. You choose to go out, be happy and smile. You choose to shrug off bad things and banter with any insults. You choose to take criticisms as constructive rather than offensive. Sometimes you can feel down but it's how you deal with it. DO you sit at home and cry? no you have a good nights sleep and go get what you want the next morning! Once I found that happiness was a choice, I chose to do what I wanted when I wanted = happy!

Hopefully Phil will reply to this thread as some members have tried his "be a cunt for a month" challenge and it makes a big difference as you learn social boundaries and lose your inhibitions with girls/people.

There are some principles of CBT which might be of use to you. People can have a negative voice inside their heads which skews their view of the world and can be very limiting. Some CBT based programs basically offer tools to have a more realistic (which is usually more positive!) view of things.

It sounds bollocks but the idea is that it breaks your negative thinking patterns, which is essentially what Dale is saying - you're choosing not to look at things in a negative light.
