Surely that would put them at an advantage over the sighted. The sighted would be disorientated. However, the blind would be in the same situation they always are (i.e. not disorientated and armed with the relevant skills to navigate the room).
I don't really think I'm better than other people fullstop, least of all for having discovered PU. There are things where I excel and things where I don't. I know these strengths and weaknesses and work with them and on them.
I do think I'm different to most other people, there are two things that drive this. First, that all people find it difficult to appreciate the full range of fears and desires of others in the same way they automatically do for themselves. Second, I have a mental illness called being philosophically minded. Check out Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations for more on why philosophy is a mental illness.
