THE ONLY and this is the ONLY way to get confidence to open sets and get rid of AA........ is in 2 very easy steps...

GET OFF YOUR ASS and PRACTICE TALKING TO SETS...

thats it.... plain and simple... STOP READING BOOKS, WATCHING DVDS... AND JUST FUCKING DO IT....stop trying to trick your brain by blaming it on other things, just open the sets, youll fuck the first 5 up...but you will get used to it...

Ive spent all weekend shouting at wings to talk to sets...that is the only way to get better and get more confidence is opening sets...

I'd disagree on one point, reading theory then practicing it is a good way to learn. Obviously just reading theory and never doing any field stuff will suck. But learning theory, then practice and from someone else who is good is the best ways to learn that I've found.

I have had some major failures and blowouts, all in the same night then later on opened a cute girl and got her number. Failure is no reason ever to give up because it is only when we give up that we fail. All these rejections are not rejections but learning experiences.

I agree up to a point about going out and failing on purpose but you need to work out what works and what doesn;t work. Its like trying to break a board in Martial Arts. At first you don't break it but over time you get used to the pain until you don;t feel it anymore and just break that, unless it gets up and kicks your arse lol!

Women are not responsible for how you feel or how your night should progress. Everything you do is your responsibility except being born ofcourse. I have often got to the point in the daytime or at night where I thought "fuck it, lets go humiliate myself haha" because the worse thing woudl be not to try and even approach that girl I have had my eye on.

Women want to be approached! Fuck all their bullshit excuses "we're on a girls night out" "we're catching up" If thats the case they should stay at home and gossipb like old housewives over tea and scones!
