i've been spending the last few days sorting my avatar. for me its kinda of a modern day goth look. it makes me feel comfy and stand out slightly at the same time.

im utilising props such as groovy wrist band, pentagram dog tags and a skull bandana tied to the belt of my jeans.

i cant wait to get out and test the new look.

just wondered what avatars or props others use.

People have reported good results with that type of style.

Sounds good man. I wear things like wristbands, necklaces, thumb rings etc to stand out a bit.

Ali wore a t-shirt with a topless Claudia Schiffer where she is hiding her tits with her hands and a nice suit jacket, he got opened several times cause of it. Peacocking certainly works.

Don't forget it is essential to root your avatar and have origin myths for your props.

Remember the scene in Reservoir Dogs where Tim Roth's character is learning the Commode Story.

You wouldn't want to be asked why you wear what you do and DLV by saying 'I read that dressing like this will help me pick-up girls'. That would suck. Instead you need some strong DHV stories about where your stuff came from.

I do recall being opened on my sexy leather jacket a few times. Peacocking is ok if you're a beginner and if you find it hard to open. But like routines and lines it is merely a crutch. Don't rely too heavily on it! You can easily chat to girls wearing what you would normally wear to work or to the gym.

Absolutely nothing wrong however with looking smart. I have seen so many chavy looking guys with shell suits or ripped jeans walking down the street with hot, stunning women who looked like they had just been to Harrods.

Its like Tyler says 'you are not the clothes you wear'. One of my wings wears a necklace with a little metal microphone but is only apparent close up and only noticeable if you happen to be really looking. If you're going to truly peacock, you have to demonstrate that you don;t give a fuck and wear something really outrageous and then once you have developed the confidence to actually approach women stop all that shit and jujst be cool unless you enjoy dressing up. Nothing wrong with that either as I have dressed up a few times.
