Richard Gambler said that he once tried pea-cocking but the brim of his hat would get in the way when he went in for the kiss close. Simple solution: a hat with a shorter brim.
Another cool trick that I have started to employ is to place two playing cards in the band of the hat; usually a King of hearts with an ace of spades just showing behind it. Guaranteed, people (including chicks) will come up to you all night to ask you what it means or just to tell you how cool it looks.
Invent a funny story to explain what the cards mean to you. Sometimes I put jokers instead and I'll be opening sets with a joke.

I have a great peacocking tip... shove feathers up your ass and run around naked whilst making peacock noises (to be fair I know a dutch guy that can do this amazingly! The noises that is... not the rest)
In all seriousness, I love peacocking tips as I love 'peacocking' myself. Well... when I say peacocking, I mean dress up... i.e. I'm wearing a big mustache tonight for the fun of it! Which has the side effect of getting more attention.
You have a field report that just says 'Less is more' or some such. Then this thread which reads like a parody of a PUA goon or weak ass troll attempt.
If you are for real, fair-do mate.

Don't worry about that, mate. The guys here like to mix plenty of piss-taking in with their more sage advice.
One of the best lessons you can learn from this forum that you won't get at any other PUA forum that I know of is not to take yourself, pick-up and especially not the gay-rus seriously.
This is not just a place to exchange experiences and discuss PUA shit, it is a living breathing social environment. I've learned more about how to handle myself from being a regular poster over an extended period than from the actual discussions with and experiences of the other members.
